彩球分類隱私權政策

說清楚遊戲保存什麼、廣告服務可能處理什麼,以及你可以怎麼選擇。

本政策適用於 Android 遊戲「彩球分類」(以下稱「本遊戲」)。本遊戲不要求註冊或登入,不使用開發者自有後端或雲端資料庫。遊戲進度儲存在使用者自己的裝置上;廣告與同意管理則使用 Google 提供的服務。

本機儲存的遊戲資料

為了提供遊戲、存檔及復原功能,本遊戲會在裝置內保存:

  • 關卡解鎖與完成紀錄、最佳步數及遊玩統計;
  • 金幣數量、提示與復原所需的遊戲狀態;
  • 進行中的盤面、移動紀錄及音效、音樂、震動等設定。

這些資料不會由開發者上傳至自有伺服器。使用者可以在 Android 系統的應用程式設定中清除本遊戲資料,或解除安裝本遊戲,以刪除本機存檔。清除後無法由開發者復原。

廣告與第三方資料處理

本遊戲使用 Google AdMob 與 Google Mobile Ads SDK 提供獎勵廣告及插頁廣告,並使用 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)管理適用地區的隱私選擇。獎勵廣告由玩家主動選擇觀看;插頁廣告只會在關卡結束後的自然轉場出現,並受到遊戲內頻率限制。

依 Google 對 Mobile Ads SDK 的資料揭露,SDK 可能依所在地區、同意選擇、裝置設定及廣告設定處理:

  • IP 位址,並可能用來推估概略位置;
  • App 啟動、點擊、廣告展示與影片觀看等互動資料;
  • 啟動時間、當機、無回應及其他診斷資料;
  • App Set ID 等裝置或帳戶識別碼;如平台與權限允許,也可能包含廣告識別碼。

這些資料可能由 Google 及其廣告合作夥伴用於廣告放送、成效衡量、分析及防止詐欺。開發者不會另行販售玩家資料。第三方的實際處理方式與保存期間由其政策及使用者選擇決定。請參閱 Google 隱私權政策與 Google 使用合作夥伴資料的說明。

同意與隱私選項

在法律要求的地區,本遊戲會在提出廣告請求前顯示 Google UMP 同意訊息。使用者可以同意、不同意,或管理個別選項。需要提供隱私選項入口時,使用者也可以從遊戲設定頁重新開啟該表單並變更選擇。不同意個人化資料用途時,Google 仍可能在法令允許的範圍內提供非個人化或受限制的廣告。

權限與裝置功能

本遊戲使用網路載入廣告,並使用震動功能提供操作回饋。本遊戲不要求存取通訊錄、照片、麥克風或精確位置。

兒童與目標受眾

本遊戲以 13 歲以上的一般使用者為目標,並非專為 13 歲以下兒童設計。開發者不會透過帳號或表單主動收集兒童的姓名、電子郵件或其他直接識別資料。實際廣告處理仍會依使用者所在地區、年齡相關法規及廣告同意設定辦理。

本政策頁面位於 nedc.tw。網站本身使用 Google Analytics 4 進行彙整流量統計,可能在瀏覽器中使用 cookie;這與本遊戲的本機存檔是分開的資料處理。網站相關說明請參閱 nedc.tw 隱私權政策。

政策變更與聯絡方式

Color Ball Sort Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Android game Color Ball Sort (the "Game"). The Game does not require registration or login and does not use a developer-operated backend or cloud database. Game progress is stored locally on the user's device. Google services are used for advertising and consent management.

Local game data

The Game stores level progress, best move counts, play statistics, coin balances, the active board and move history, and sound, music, and haptic preferences on the device. The developer does not upload this data to a developer-operated server. Users may delete it by clearing the Game's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the Game. The developer cannot restore deleted local data.

Advertising and third-party processing

The Game uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK for rewarded and interstitial ads, and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for privacy choices where required. Rewarded ads are initiated by the player. Interstitial ads appear only at natural transitions after a level and are subject to an in-game frequency limit.

Depending on region, consent choices, device settings, and advertising settings, the SDK may process:

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
  • app launches, clicks, ad impressions, video views, and other interactions;
  • startup time, crashes, unresponsiveness, and other diagnostics;
  • device or account identifiers such as App Set ID and, where the platform and permissions allow it, an advertising identifier.

Google and its advertising partners may use this information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. The developer does not independently sell player data. Third-party retention and processing are governed by user choices and the third party's policies. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from partners.

Consent and privacy choices

Where required by law, the Game displays a Google UMP message before requesting ads. Users may consent, decline, or manage individual choices. When a privacy-options entry point is required, users can reopen the form from the Game's settings and change their choices. If a user declines personalized-data purposes, Google may still serve non-personalized or limited ads where legally permitted.

Permissions, children, and the policy website

The Game uses network access to load ads and vibration for gameplay feedback. It does not request access to contacts, photos, the microphone, or precise location. The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not primarily designed for children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect children's names, email addresses, or other directly identifying information through accounts or forms.
